Rugrats online?

I read a fun blog post here about bringing technology to rugrat-age students.  Now I'm curious: how young should we start?  But more important, with what do we start?  What should kindergartners learn to do with technology?  I'd love to hear from teachers at the elementary level who have made some decisions about integrating technology into their curriculum.  What, why and how often?
